From the first ideas and floor plans to the final touches, we’re there every step of the way. We take on only a few projects each year so we can focus on quality, communication, and creating a home that truly fits your family and lifestyle.

Start Your Custom Build

Our Process

We keep things simple, organized, and enjoyable.

01. Connect

Send an inquiry through our website. We’ll set up a time to chat about your budget, location, style, and timeline, then meet in person to tour our model home.

02. Design

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign a design agreement and submit a design deposit. We’ll create your custom floor plan and reserve your spot on our build calendar.

03. Plan & Price

We’ll bid out your plan, finalize selections, and confirm your total project cost before breaking ground.

04. Build & Move-In

Construction takes about five to six months. Then it’s time to move into your beautiful new home!
